Mr. Aloia was admitted to the Florida and U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida in 1996, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 1999.  Mr. Aloia served as an Assistant State Attorney from 1996–1998, after which he went into private practice.  Mr. Aloia focuses his practice on real estate transactions, commercial litigation, and construction litigation.
